At Women's Underwear, we prioritize your comfort and hygiene, offering a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that for sanitary reasons, items that have been tried on or removed from their hygiene seal cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene strips remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
